HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary depending on the costume and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. If you need a costume for a specific party, holiday, or event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

HOW DO THE INFLATABLE COSTUMES WORK?

Our inflatable costumes use a small fan to keep the costume inflated while you wear it. Individual product pages show what is included with each costume.

ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED?

Battery requirements can vary by costume. Check the individual product listing for details before ordering. Unless a product specifically states that batteries are included, plan to provide your own.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

CAN I WALK AROUND WHILE WEARING IT?

Yes, our inflatable costumes are designed to be worn while moving around. Because they are intentionally oversized, always pay attention to your surroundings and use extra care around stairs, traffic, flames, sharp objects, and crowded areas.

CAN I WEAR MY COSTUME OUTSIDE?

Many of our costumes can be worn outdoors in appropriate conditions. Avoid rain, extreme weather, open flames, and anything that could damage the costume or its electronic components.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

Tracking information is provided when available once your order ships.

WHAT IF MY COSTUME ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Use our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of what you received so we can review the issue.

CAN I RETURN MY COSTUME?

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the requirements in our Returns & Refunds policy. Costumes that have been worn to a party, event, or other occasion are not eligible for return.
